A Razer Gift Card and a Razer Gold PIN are not interchangeable labels. Confirm the product on the purchase record.
Code length
Razer’s reload guide describes a 19-digit Gift Card PIN and a 14-character Razer Gold PIN.
Wallet region
Use the correct Razer Gold wallet region. Region mismatch can prevent a valid PIN from reloading.
Support evidence
For damaged cards, Razer asks for front and back images with all four corners, proof of purchase, and activation receipts.
