This notice explains the limited data that may be processed when someone visits CardFlow’s public rate, calculator, research and guidance pages. It does not describe a separate app, account or transaction service that may present its own notice at the point of collection.
2. Data generated by a website visit
Like most websites, the hosting and security systems may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, response status and security events. WordPress or essential site features may also set cookies needed for security, preferences or authenticated administration.
The public website does not currently provide a working public contact form. Do not use ordinary website fields, search boxes or calculators to submit account credentials or gift card secrets.
3. Gift card codes and other sensitive information
Public rate calculators are designed to work with card type, issuing country, currency, format and face value. They do not need a complete gift card code, PIN, password, one-time passcode or bank credential.
If any person or account asks for those details merely to provide a public rate estimate, stop and verify the channel independently.
4. How technical data may be used
- Deliver the requested page and remember essential preferences.
- Protect the website, investigate abuse and diagnose errors.
- Understand aggregate performance and improve page usefulness.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce the website terms.
6. Retention and security
Technical records should be retained only as long as needed for website operation, security, troubleshooting or legal requirements. No internet service can promise absolute security, so visitors should avoid placing sensitive card or account data into public website inputs.
7. Choices and rights
Browser controls can limit or remove cookies, although essential features may work differently. Depending on applicable law and the data involved, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction.
8. Privacy questions
A verified public privacy address is not currently published on this website. It must be added before a public privacy-request intake process is enabled. Do not send sensitive information to an address that is not linked from an official CardFlow property.
