1. Contact the issuer
Use the number or website printed on the card or listed on the issuer’s official page. Say the card was used in a scam.
2. Contact the payment provider
If money also moved through a bank, transfer service, or payment app, report it there and keep the case reference.
3. Report the account
Report the profile, phone number, email, website, and copied brand assets where the contact occurred.
4. File an official report
Use the fraud reporting service available in your jurisdiction. The FTC provides an international reference and issuer list.
